ANASTROZOLE
Overview Anastrozole is used to treat breast cancer in women after menopause. Some breast cancers are made to grow faster by a natural hormone called estrogen. Anastrozole decreases the amount of estrogen the body makes and helps to slow or reverse the growth of these breast cancers.

The recommended dose is one tablet (1mg anastrozole) once a day.

Try to take your tablet at the same time each day.

Swallow the tablet whole with a drink of water.

It does not matter if you take Anastrozole tablets before, with or after food.
