Overview
Liothyronine is a synthetic form of triiodothyronine (T3), a thyroid hormone used to treat hypothyroidism and myxedema coma. It is also used as an augmentation strategy in treating major depressive disorder when used in combination with antidepressants.
T3 (Liothyronine Sodium) is not an anabolic steroid, it is a thyroid hormone and speeds up the metabolism causing a faster conversion of carbohydrates, proteins and fats.
Dosage

It is important to note that the full cycle should not exceed 6 weeks, and it can not be interrupted abruptly. Dosage should be reduced as slowly (at 1 tablet every 3-4 days) as it is increased.
