The proper way to dose Noopept is to start low and increase over time only as needed. This means you should begin with as little as 5 mg two or three times a day.

Some people will ultimately increase to 40 mg of Noopept powder per day, but it is common to take between 10 – 30 mg per day. Under no circumstances should this dose ever exceed 20 mg three times a day or you may overstimulate glutamate receptors.
